Your Role

• You will work on the conceptual definition and implementation of the Group Treasury strategy, particularly in the areas of financing management, currency and interest rate management
• You will be responsible for our global treasury systems and develop them further as part of the digitalization strategy (incl. SAP Treasury (BCM, CM, TRM, IHC))
• You will be responsible for the execution of external financing transactions (on- and off-balance sheet)
• You will also be responsible for the implementation of financing projects within the company
• Another part of your job is to optimize the capital structure of subsidiaries and further develop risk management to control financial risk positions
• You will trade spot and forward exchange transactions independently and prepare corresponding reports
• You will carry out projects in the Group Treasury environment, for example M&A and investment financing
• You will also be responsible for preparing reports and decision papers for the Executive Board and other committees as required
• Maintaining our Group Treasury rules and adapting processes to changing regulatory requirements
  
  

Your Profil

• You have successfully completed your business administration studies
• You have several years of professional experience in the treasury department of an international company or adequate experience in consulting
• As a treasury expert, you want to actively advance and develop the area
• You have a good understanding of foreign currency effects from a wide range of perspectives
• You have a high affinity for IT and experience in the implementation of IT projects; ideally, you have already worked with treasury IT systems (Coupa or SAP S/4HANA and the relevant treasury modules)
• Knowledge of the accounting and tax implications and framework conditions of financing transactions is advantageous
• You impress with your structured, conceptual and analytical way of working as well as your strong teamwork, integration and communication skills
• Your high sense of responsibility, independent working style and high level of commitment round off your profile
• Your working languages are German and English
