In this role, you will directly engage with the SIXT Senior Leadership. You will be part of a strong team of former strategy consultants with significant mobility expertise who lead efficiency and optimization projects across the entire SIXT value chain. You will not only be involved in defining and executing the SIXT Strategy but also create value by working closely with the SIXT Matrix and Country Organization across all seniority levels. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You work with Senior Leadership to define priorities, allocate resources effectively, and utilize best practices and innovative solutions across the organization.
• You translate the annual Corporate Strategy into actionable plans for our Country Organizations, identifying key value creation areas and driving corresponding initiatives.
• You analyze the competitive landscape, draw conclusions for SIXT, and shape the future of our business by increasing our competitive advantage.
• You structure problems, solve critical challenges with internal experts, and implement practical yet sustainable solutions.
• You are responsible for sub-projects / modules and drive them end-to-end with full ownership.
• You mentor and support team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: Several years at a top-tier Strategy Consultancy.
• Education: Master or MBA in business or economics from a renowned university, graduated among the top of your class.
• Skills: Mastery of the full strategy consulting toolkit, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Fluent in English and German; proficiency in a third relevant language is a plus.
• Spirit: Highly motivated, thrives in a dynamic team setting, values respectful and productive collaboration.
