Manager (m/f/d) Sales & Marketing Business Solutions, Pro Audio Division

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow Yamaha's presence in installation markets such as AV conferencing, hospitality, education, retail, etc., in Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, grow the sales pipeline, and ensure alignment with Yamaha's global strategy.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha's Business Solutions portfolio (conferencing solutions, processors, switches, amps, speakers, software, etc.)
  • Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and export countries)
  • Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments, and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and distributors
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and training programs in cooperation with the European Marketing team
  • Participate in industry trade shows and regional channel partner events, supporting the sales organization in processes and negotiations with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends, dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Service, and the European marketing team to align customer needs
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio or IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially networked systems for corporate AV, BGM, hospitality, education, etc.
  • University degree in business administration or equivalent qualification with relevant skills
  • Leadership qualities in international teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Effective communicator capable of bridging cultures
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP), with data and KPI analysis skills
  • Willingness to challenge traditional work methods and advance team progress
  • Flexibility with working hours, willingness to travel across Europe
  • Fluent German and English skills
