We are seeking a driven and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead our Business Solutions Team (B2B) in the ProAudio division at our headquarters in Rellingen. Join Yamaha's team and become part of the Sound of Innovation:


Manager (m/f/d) Sales & Marketing Business Solutions, Pro Audio Division

This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to expand Yamaha's presence in installation markets such as AV conferencing, hospitality, education, and retail across Central and East Europe. You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, grow the sales pipeline, and ensure alignment with Yamaha's global strategy.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha's Business Solutions portfolio (conferencing solutions, processors, switches, amps, speakers, software, etc.)
  • Lead the sales team to increase revenue and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and export countries)
  • Participate in the European Leadership Team and collaborate regionally, departmentally, and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and distributors
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and training programs with the European Marketing team
  • Represent Yamaha at industry trade shows and regional channel partner events, supporting sales in negotiations with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Service, and Marketing to align customer needs
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within the ProAudio or IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially networked systems for corporate AV, BGM, hospitality, and education
  • University degree in business administration or equivalent, with relevant skills
  • Leadership experience in international teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP), capable of data and KPI analysis
  • Open to challenging traditional work methods and progressing team goals
  • Willing to travel across Europe and accept flexible working hours
  • Fluent in German and English
