We are seeking a competent and experienced Manager, IT Operations (EMEA) to oversee our organization's IT operations and infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage our IT team, ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Set up new accounts and maintain customer database (name/address changes, shipping account numbers, payment terms, etc.)
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delays, and irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage and supervise the IT team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technological solutions and upgrades
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Collaborate with departments to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Conduct audits and assessments of IT systems and processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master’s preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in IT management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure; hands-on experience required
• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP) are advantageous but not required
