DOUGLAS Group is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to support financial reporting, earnings communications and capital market activities in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role includes preparing analyses, monitoring performance and engaging with investors and analysts within a dynamic, international team.

You will contribute to investor targeting, maintain IR channels, and cultivate relationships across the DOUGLAS Group.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or similar role.
• Strong analytical capabilities, numerical aptitude, high process discipline.
• Knowledge of capital markets, IFRS accounting standards, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English.
