Zusammenfassung

Douglas Group is seeking a Group Tax Reporting Specialist to own the group tax reporting across quarterly, half-year and annual cycles, coordinating with Group Accounting, External Reporting and Group Controlling. You will prepare and coordinate tax reporting under IAS 12 and IAS 34, including tax provisions, disclosures and reconciliation disclosures, and forecast effective tax rate.

• Degree in tax, accounting, finance or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in Group tax reporting, tax accounting or auditing within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting, particularly IAS 12 and IAS 34.
• Experience with tax provisions, effective tax rate analysis and tax-related disclosures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• Ability to manage complex reporting processes and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to guide international teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent English skills and proficiency in Excel and relevant reporting systems.

• Take ownership of the Group tax reporting process across quarterly, half-year and annual reporting cycles
• Prepare and coordinate tax reporting in accordance with IAS 12 and IAS 34, including tax provisions and related disclosures
• Lead effective tax rate forecasting and analysis, providing clear explanations of key drivers
• Prepare tax reconciliation disclosures and support external reporting requirements
• Coordinate tax reporting inputs across countries, ensuring data quality, completeness and consistency
• Deliver management reporting on tax KPIs, tax payments, effective tax rates and material tax developments
• Act as the primary contact for Group Accounting, External Reporting, Group Controlling and auditors on tax reporting matters
• Coordinate audit requests and support the assessment of tax accounting positions

Your Skills
