DOUGLAS Group is seeking an Investor Relations professional to contribute to financial reporting, earnings communications and capital market activities. You will develop business intelligence, benchmark analyses and monitor market expectations to derive essential insights.

The role includes investor targeting, engagement and maintaining IR communications for the group. Fluent German and English are required, with a university degree in business or economics and several years in IR.

Qualifikationen

• University degree with a focus on business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or an equivalent role.
• Strong analytical capabilities, numerical aptitude, high process discipline, and the ability to quickly understand complex business relationships.
• Knowledge of capital markets, IFRS accounting standards, and financial analysis.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
• Strong communication skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Positive mindset with openness, self-motivation, teamwork, and hands-on mentality.
