Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and managing all IT operations and systems.
2. Leading a small SAP team.
3. Analyzing work processes, data flows, and identifying optimization potentials in the production environment (shop floor).
4. Integrating isolated digital functions.
5. Planning and implementing new digital processes.
6. Supporting shop floor applications and providing user support for issues.
7. Managing the IT budget.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with external service providers and vendors.

Our Requirements:

1. Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.
2. Experience in leading a team.
3. Solid knowledge of SAP SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
4. Desirable knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio, VB, C#, and VBA.
5. Excellent soft skills, especially emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
6. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
7. Proven experience in project management and budget management.
8. High level of independence and motivation.
9. Strong intercultural competence.
10. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
