• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) through robust access controls
• Collaborate with security, risk, and IT teams to enforce least-privilege policies
• Drive IAM automation and integrate with cloud and on-prem systems

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of IAM experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD
• Deep understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management
• Financial services background a plus
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German
