  • Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, thoughtful discovery, and a clear understanding of client needs and decision drivers.
  • Translate client intelligence into helpful insights for hotel partners so they can craft stronger, more tailored proposals and improve conversion.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 30% of the work week to direct business development, with a focus on identifying and cultivating new opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Account Manager team, Regional Directors, Leisure and Corporate Sales associates, Marketing, hotel members, and clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of international travel, geography, and cultures, with the confidence to work across markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to consult, build trust, and tell a compelling story around hotel value.
  • Strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-up, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort using CRM, Power BI, Outlook, Cvent, and related systems to track activity, report performance, and support stronger decision-making.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Established relationships within the DACH corporate, incentive, or third-party planner community.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex hospitality solutions across multiple hotels, destinations, or brands.
  • Experience organizing client events, strategic sales calls, or familiarization trips that lead to measurable business opportunities.

Where you’ll thrive:
  • Building genuine connections with clients, colleagues, and hotel partners, becoming a trusted resource and advocate across your market.
