Key Responsibilities:
FP&A with focus on the Headquarters entity of the IFCO Group
- Prepare monthly results & financial reporting with commentary and insights.
- Produce monthly reporting packs for senior management and strategic investors.
- Generate quarterly reports for banking and credit rating agencies.
- Report on key performance indicators to monitor and manage business performance.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, including all financial statements.
- Lead forecast and budget processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Drive finance projects to enhance reporting and analysis methodologies.
Business Partnering & Support
- Establish relationships with HQ department heads for reporting support and guidance.
- Support HQ management, especially within the CFO team.
- Drive strategic reporting for various projects.
Reporting Systems & Other
- Assist in optimizing global consolidation, reporting, and planning systems.
- Ensure timely and relevant reporting for business continuity.
- Improve processes through automation and simplification.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant or similar qualification preferred.
- Several years of experience in a multinational organization.
- In-depth FP&A and/or accounting experience, with corporate controlling preferred.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting financial statements and FTEs.
- Proficiency in preparing reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in other MS Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and group consolidation tools (Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream preferred).
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
