As Manager Global Retail Performance & Growth (m/f/d), you will shape and drive key strategic initiatives to unlock growth across our owned Stores, Shop-in-Shops, and Outlets. Your mission is to turn insights into impact - achieving performance excellence, shaping go-to-market strategies, and enabling future-oriented retail experiences and innovation.
You will lead projects that span core performance enhancement, strategic business development, and new growth fields - working closely with key markets and global Omnichannel, Retail, Marketing, and Controlling functions. In this role, you act as a thought partner to senior leaders and contribute directly to the top- and bottom-line development of our global retail business.
What you can expect:
- Lead the evolution of next level retail intelligence, including dashboards and customer / product analytics (e.g. eye tracking, RFID-based money mapping, dwell time) to enable data-based decision-making
- Analyze productivity and sales trends to identify performance levers and define targeted actions across regions, channels, and formats
- Drive retail-focused advanced analytics and AI use-cases in close collaboration with the Digital Campus (specialized Data & Analytics sitting in Porto)
- Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for key commercial moments and collaborations, ensuring omnichannel strategy alignment
- Further develop the global site classification and steering model (Good-Better-Best-Halo) to enable tailored experience, product & investment guidelines
- Consult 360° in the conceptualization of strategically relevant global & local retail activations to maximize commercial success
- Conduct trend research and market visits to identify innovation opportunities and validate strategic direction
- Manage key HALO (flagship) projects across senior business, design & construction stakeholders to deliver differentiated and best-in-class customer journeys
- Own business case and co-develop new physical and digital retail formats in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prepare board-level presentations, business cases, and performance updates for the SVP Global Retail as well as for global and local leadership
Your profile:- Successfully completed a business master's degree, MBA, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, business development, or omnichannel/retail strategy in a consumer-focused or premium-lifestyle environment
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset; able to connect the dots between data, customer needs, and business priorities
- Confident in managing cross-functional projects in an international context
- Excellent presentation, structuring, and communication skills - especially in senior stakeholder settings
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with performance dashboards is a must
- Fluent in English; German and other languages are a strong plus
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for retail
