What you´ll do
- Develop and implement Regional Finance(‘FR’) Controlling roadmap to address strategic topics focusing on longterm impact
- Cascade global roadmap and strategy withinFR Controlling and ensure effective and transparent communication withinthe FR Controlling Community
- Coordinate FR Controlling activities atglobal level driving value creation and efficiency
- Initiate and execute Controlling relatedprojects (end-to-end) to develop new analytical solutions, strengthenanalytical capabilities, optimize Controlling related processes/activitiesand to enhance FR Controlling Community
- Support projects during the roll-out andoperational phase (after launch) and drive continuous improvement toensure lasting added value
- Connect with key stakeholders from variousinternal departments to ensure an efficient and transparent communicationand a close collaboration in project implementation
- Explore and unlock new controlling andanalytical capabilities enabled by data and digital solutions
- Other Ad-hoc analysis / presentations /tasks
What makes you a good fit
- University degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
- Minimum 4–6 years of experiencein Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field
- Strong analytical skills,business acumen and sound understanding of financial statements andprocesses
- Advanced knowledge ofControlling related processes in SAP and other financial systems
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Highly motivated with a strongsense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholdersto develop value-added solutions
- High willingness to learn andstrong team spirit
- Digital skills andinternational working experience a plus
