What you'll do
- Develop and implement the Regional Finance (‘FR’) Controlling roadmap to address strategic topics focusing on long-term impact.
- Cascade the global roadmap and strategy within FR Controlling, ensuring effective and transparent communication within the FR Controlling community.
- Coordinate FR Controlling activities at the global level, driving value creation and efficiency.
- Initiate and execute controlling-related projects (end-to-end) to develop new analytical solutions, strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize controlling processes/activities, and enhance the FR Controlling community.
- Support projects during the roll-out and operational phases (post-launch) and drive continuous improvement to ensure lasting value.
- Engage with key stakeholders from various internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and close collaboration during project implementation.
- Explore and leverage new controlling and analytical capabilities enabled by data and digital solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses, prepare presentations, and undertake other related tasks.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in a business-related field, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a good understanding of financial statements and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of controlling processes in SAP and other financial systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to proactively engage stakeholders and develop value-added solutions.
- Strong willingness to learn and team spirit.
- Digital skills and international work experience are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
