What you'll do

  1. Develop and implement the Regional Finance (‘FR’) Controlling roadmap to address strategic topics focusing on long-term impact.
  2. Cascade the global roadmap and strategy within FR Controlling, ensuring effective and transparent communication within the FR Controlling community.
  3. Coordinate FR Controlling activities at the global level, driving value creation and efficiency.
  4. Initiate and execute controlling-related projects (end-to-end) to develop new analytical solutions, strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize controlling processes/activities, and enhance the FR Controlling community.
  5. Support projects during the roll-out and operational phases (post-launch) and drive continuous improvement to ensure lasting value.
  6. Engage with key stakeholders from various internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and close collaboration during project implementation.
  7. Explore and leverage new controlling and analytical capabilities enabled by data and digital solutions.
  8. Perform ad-hoc analyses, prepare presentations, and undertake other related tasks.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in a business-related field, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a good understanding of financial statements and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of controlling processes in SAP and other financial systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to proactively engage stakeholders and develop value-added solutions.
  • Strong willingness to learn and team spirit.
  • Digital skills and international work experience are a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
