• Position: Manager for Project IT Security

Tasks

• Create and implement IT security concepts according to customer specifications, e.g., based on BSI IT-Grundschutz using appropriate tools and international standards.
• Design product adaptations as needed and oversee their correct implementation in development.
• Conduct internal and external workshops and training sessions.
• Assist in preparing proposals for national and international projects.
• Perform calculations and develop concepts related to IT security for new and existing projects.
• Identify, document, assess risks, and communicate security vulnerabilities; advise customers on alternative solutions.
• Install and configure security solutions at customer sites, including conducting workshops and training.
• Manage assigned employees involved in project IT security.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science focusing on IT security or equivalent qualifications with extensive professional experience.
• Proficient in using IT baseline protection tools (e.g., SAVe-Tool).
• Experience in developing and implementing IT and information security concepts.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of project management and segment management.
• Good understanding of business administration.
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work internationally.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Goal-oriented and independent working style.
• Interest in continuous development in IT security.
• Strong team and communication skills.
