As Manager Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly financial reporting at segment and group level in accordance with IFRS and respective local GAAPs
Analyzing financial data at company, segment and group level
Supporting Tion in establishing best–in–class frequent internal and external reporting processes
Managing, reviewing and consolidating reporting packages and financials from local accountants across jurisdictions
Supporting the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and management reports
Coordinating external advisors and auditors
Documenting and further developing internal processes related to reporting and accounting
Taking on special topics such as initial consolidations and mergers

For this role, ideally, you bring:
Exceptional academic track record in business administration, specializing in tax, accounting, or finance
A strong passion for financial reporting, accounting and financewith the ambition to contribute to Tion’s reporting processes
At least 5 years of experience in the area of audit or group accounting with focus on IFRS
Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to think critically and a keen attention to details
Proficiency in Excel and experienced with accounting software such as DATEV, SAP, or MS Dynamics
The ability to work independently, a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a hands-on team player mentality
In-depth knowledge of various IFRS standards(such as IFRS 16, IAS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 3, IFRS 10, IFRS 5)
Preferred background in accounting under IFRS and familiarity with German or international tax law
Familiarity with the consolidation software LucaNet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, professional working proficiency in German/Spanish/Italian/Polish/Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Finish is a plus
