Manager Finance Transformation (m / f / d)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic manager (m / f / d) to join our Corporate Finance team, acting as a key interface between Finance and IT. This role is essential in managing and developing our financial systems landscape, promoting transparency in IT-related financial processes, and supporting our organization's digital transformation. You will play a vital role in shaping how we control, forecast, and steer our operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Finance business partner to IT, ensuring alignment between financial goals and technological initiatives
  • Drive the evolution of the corporate financial systems roadmap, including:

Providing strategic leadership as the administrator for corporate performance management solutions (CCH Tagetik)

  • Act as the main contact with IT for optimizing and advancing SAP capabilities
  • Lead the deployment and integration of MS Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the planning and migration to SAP S / 4 HANA, ensuring future-ready financial operations
  • Design a product-centric financial reporting structure for IT costs
  • Promote automation and improve data quality by reducing manual Excel-based processes
  • Support financial monitoring of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring proactive project controlling
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to reduce dependency on key personnel and ensure business continuity
  • Your Skills and Attributes

    • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or IT Business Analysis, preferably in real estate, asset management, or technology-driven environments
    • Proven experience in cross-functional project management involving Finance and IT
    • Deep understanding of financial systems and IT cost structures
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing across functions
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus

    Educational Background

    • University degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Certifications in SAP, project management (e.g., PMP), or controlling are advantageous
