Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld.
• Starkes Wissen in Buchhaltung, Controlling und Finanzplanung.

Salary range : Fixed Salary range depending on experience / skills : 65.000€ 75.000€ + 10% variable Bonus

Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager (m / f / d) , you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our German entity including the inhouse production. Working closely with the senior management team to develop financial strategies. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular detailed financial reporting. Croatian language skills are a strong plus.

• Full responsibility for bookkeeping and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Controlling of business processes and development of actionable insights.
• Creation and maintenance of financial planning , including liquidity management.
• Handling and maintenance of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Continuous development and monitoring of relevant financial KPIs.
• Strategic support to management for financial and operational decision-making.
• Coordination of legal matters with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration with production, procurement, and sales in all finance-related matters

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance , Controlling , Business Administration , or a comparable qualification
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in finance, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting , controlling , and financial planning
• Proficient in using Excel and DATEV
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Croatian language skills are a strong plus
• Analytical mindset, Detail-oriented, hands-on mentality, and structured working approach
