Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the VP Finance & Controlling NET & SEMA on a wide range of topics and initiatives.
2. Manage international projects in the finance & controlling area.
3. Prepare presentations and business cases to support management´s decision making.
4. Perform (ad-hoc) analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting), investment prioritization and reporting to drive a fact-based financial decision-making process.
5. Perform recurring tasks such as interpretation of NET & SEMA results including the consolidation of comments of local entities and sales areas.
6. Manage the monthly information process regarding the financial performance to the NET & SEMA management team.
7. Develop, establish and professionalize standard reports in cooperation with the Center of Scale and Corporate Controlling.
8. Actively manage the yearly budget process for Business Area NET & SEMA.
9. Act as interface to the Center of Scale in Romania and India and support the organizational set up of analytics teams.
10. Act as interface and single point of contact for the regional finance teams across the NET & SEMA region, IT and Process Management.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed business studies with a focus on Finance and or Controlling.
2. Relevant professional experience of > 2 years ideally in complex, international matrix structures.
3. Very good SAP knowledge (SAP S4, SAP ByD, SAP Cloud), knowledge of Hyperion preferred.
4. Outstanding knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in Business English and German.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a sound business acumen.
7. Good communication and presentation skills.
8. Proactive approach and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
9. Ideally basic project management skills.
10. Strong capability to translate analysis in digestible output for management, and to communicate effectively across the organization.
11. High level of social competence in an international environment and ability and passion to work in a team.
