Role Summary

Drive advanced software engineering activities for next-generation automotive, AI, and software‑defined vehicle technologies. Lead the technical development of software concepts, prototypes, and innovative solutions within the System Incubator and Advanced Engineering organization. Collaborate with systems engineering, architecture, product innovation, and research teams to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into future product opportunities.

• Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
• Experience driving innovation, advanced engineering initiatives, or technical strategy.
• Practical experience in deploying AI tooling in software development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive software, SDV, AI, or systems engineering is an advantage.
