NXP Semiconductors in München is seeking a motivated student or soon-to-graduate engineer to contribute to digital design activities, including implementation checks, simulations, and documentation.

You will assist with coding, reviewing, and debugging digital logic under guidance, collaborate with verification, physical design, and validation teams, and maintain clear design records and test results.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Requirements / Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus.
• Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
• Able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
