Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and driven Export Control CoE Manager with 7+ years in Trade Compliance, including at least 5 years specializing in export controls, to join our global team as a subject matter expert.

Your Mission :

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing Accenture’s compliance with international trade control regulations across all regions, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI and semiconductors. You will shape and implement export control strategies to ensure compliance with global regulations.

Your Daily Work

• Lead and manage high-priority export control projects, especially for emerging technologies like AI and semiconductors, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support GTC Leadership operationally and collaborate with the Export Control CoE Lead on strategic oversight, including licensing and trade operations.
• Design, implement, and manage trade compliance programs focused on emerging technologies.
• Oversee special projects to meet compliance deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a liaison among Export Controls EoC Lead, Trade Compliance Officers, Legal Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop and deliver training programs on export controls for AI, semiconductors, and related industries.
• Monitor evolving export control regulations and develop compliance strategies accordingly.

Who you are

• Law degree or equivalent legal or compliance certification.
• Experience managing export controls and compliance projects in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work remotely with global clients and engage in contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior leadership across functions and geographies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, develop compliance programs, and handle government investigations.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred.
