We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position:

Manager European Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (m/f/x)

Your new role:

Are you interested in driving the execution and implementation of Daiichi Sankyo’s talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding strategies across Europe? You will utilize a data-driven approach to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate closely with HR and Business Leaders across Europe to manage and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company goals to create a positive employer brand and boost candidate engagement.
  • Implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, develop KPIs suited for European markets, target companies, and groups, working with operational recruiting colleagues.
  • Monitor all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding, focusing on personalized candidate experiences and sustainable talent relationships.
  • Streamline and improve an integrated multichannel European talent acquisition process to meet workforce development plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Consult with business leaders to develop and execute Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to ensure future talent needs are met.

Your education / professional experience:

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent acquisition, workforce planning, or employer branding.
  • Deep knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Initiative-driven, solution-oriented, team-oriented, with a passion for talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with a data-driven approach.
  • Diplomatic interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at various organizational levels.
  • Business fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
