OMMAX seeks a Senior Data Science Leader to drive high‑impact engagements from problem framing to production adoption. You will guide cross‑functional teams and client leadership to define measurable success criteria and decision problems, delivering robust analytics and AI solutions.

You will work across ML, statistics, and LLM architectures, coordinating with data, software, and product teams to embed analytics into real systems while ensuring robust, interpretable, and value‑driving outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Data Science, Mathematics, CS or Engineering).
• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, including Generative AI applications.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics and LLM architectures.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

• You lead high-impact data science and machine learning engagements from problem framing through production adoption, taking accountability for analytical quality and business outcomes.
• You partner with client leaders and domain experts to identify valuable decision problems, challenge assumptions, and define measurable success criteria.
• You direct the design and implementation of predictive, optimization, experimentation, and advanced analytics solutions while remaining hands‑on in critical analytical decisions.
• You ensure models are evaluated not only for statistical performance but also for robustness, interpretability, operational fit, risk, cost, and sustained value.
• You coordinate with data, AI, software, and product teams to embed analytical solutions into real systems and workflows and improve them using user and production feedback.
• You lead client communication, technical quality assurance and team development across complex workstreams.
• You build reusable methods, accelerators and offerings and support proposals by shaping credible solution approaches and delivery plans.

What we require:

• You hold a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering.
• You have 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, including Generative AI applications.
• You have deep expertise in machine learning, statistics and LLM architectures.
• You have strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• You are able to translate business challenges into advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
