Develop, lead, and continuously evolve a global cybersecurity awareness and behavior change strategy aligned with the company’s risk landscape, compliance requirements, and business goals.

• Strategy & Leadership: Apply behavioral science and change management principles to drive long-term positive security behaviors and embed security into the organizational culture.
• Behavior Change Development: Design and implement engaging security awareness campaigns, training programs, simulations, and behavioral interventions.
• Awareness Programs: Create compelling internal communication campaigns, storytelling, and branded content that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Communication & Internal Marketing: Define and track KPIs and success metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and using data to refine strategies.
• Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Establish and lead a network of Security Champions and local ambassadors, fostering partnerships with HR, Compliance, Legal, and Communications to amplify the program’s reach and relevance.

Your Profile

• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate cybersecurity risks into relatable, people-focused initiatives.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven, with excellent time management and self-organization skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures with experience in creating reports and KPI-driven tracking.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with learning management systems and communication/collaboration platforms.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Several years of professional experience in leading awareness, behavior change, and internal communications programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Behavioral Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
