Duties and Responsibilties:

• Collect with the help of the local entities, the training needs of the customers analyze.
• Design or participate in the design of the appropriate educational solutions based on the various needs.
• Promote the use of innovative and effective training technics
• Is in permanent contact with Mkt and Medical affairs to help develop and manage webinars offered as part of congresses/events.
• Is the primary contact for e-learning management system for the assigned region's customers
• May act as one of the instructors for the proposed educational events
• Monitor the effectiveness of the deployed solutions and ensure updates if needed
• Participate, on a regular basis, in Clinical Specialist projects.

Requirements:

• Several years of clinical experience as well in Industry-Related Education, Training and/or Development Programs, preferably in a Medical Device environment.
• Working understanding of adult learning principles.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio).
• Successful and documented experience in the design and implementation of training materials.
• Exceptional and professional oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• Must be able to travel between 25-50% of the time
