As a Manager, Creative Operations, you’ll join the Creative Operations Team working closely with a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, producers as well as cross-functional stakeholders to plan, manage, and drive all steps in the project lifecycle for online and offline projects. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple, simultaneous projects, many of which can be complex in nature, making decisions that are based on data and strategy, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. This role reports directly into the Director Creative Operations.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in creative project management with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience (ideally agency side). The candidate understands consumer insights, brand and channel strategy but is foremost a strong end-to-end hands-on project management lead who can navigate complexity across markets and various stakeholder groups.
