In this role

You will need to:

  1. Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
  2. Build confidence and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
  4. Collaborate with other sales managers in the region and across EMEA and cross-functional teams to aid business growth.
  5. Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound and outbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
  6. Apply strong sales skills and teach sourcing and sales strategies for new business and install base to team members.
  7. Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Growth Specialists.
  8. Maintain and extend knowledge of HubSpot platform and AI trends.
  9. Understand your country market(s) and build and execute growth plans.
  10. Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits.
  11. Apply leadership training styles in interactions with direct reports.

What are the role requirements?

  • Professional fluency in German and English.
  • Experience managing a sales team, preferably 4+ years.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process (HubSpot Way and PROVES), with effective territory management.
  • Superior coaching skills to observe, evaluate, and improve results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps, driving team behavior changes and growth plans.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results through collaboration.
  • Strong motivation skills, high self-awareness, and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
  • Personal responsibility to meet monthly team goals and maintain a positive attitude.
