Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Group is seeking an Audit Associate to support in planning and executing process- and risk-oriented audits across national and international environments with a consultative approach.

You will perform financial and business process analyses to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of internal controls, communicate audit results, and contribute to developing auditing methodologies; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of audit experience.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing theory and practice.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the planning and execution of process- and risk-oriented audits in the national and international environment with a consultative approach

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related experience
• 2+ years of audit experience
• Good understanding of internal auditing theory and practice, excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
• Basic understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, etc.) and IT systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis
• Strong communication skills and diplomacy skills to guide influence and convince others
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to approx. 50% of working time)
