Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our Corporate Accounting team, you will:

1. Contribute to IFRS Accounting Excellence – Act as a subject matter expert for IFRS-related topics within the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring compliance and high-quality financial reporting.
2. Drive Financial Consolidation – Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements and ensure efficient, timely reporting to our parent company.
3. Advise and Support Subsidiaries – Be the go-to expert for our international subsidiaries and business units, guiding them through complex IFRS accounting challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.
4. Ensure Audit Readiness – Serve as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.
5. Innovate and Optimize – Take ownership of strategic projects and process improvements in Corporate Accounting, driving efficiencies and best practices across the organization.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with a focus on International Accounting and/or Auditing.
2. 5+ years of experience in a leading audit firm or within the corporate accounting and IFRS policy department of an international company.
3. Deep expertise in IFRS accounting and financial reporting.
4. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
5. Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a high level of initiative.
6. Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP consolidation modules is a plus.
