Job summary

The DOUGLAS Group is looking for an international data specialist to own the OneEurope conditions in CMT, ensuring reliable SAP Retail data flows across countries and a consistent data foundation. You will collaborate with Category Management, Accounting, IT and country organisations to align processes, manage data sharing, and implement contractually agreed components in the DOUGLAS Supplier Portal.

You will serve as the first point of contact for CMT questions and drive future-ready data

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP Retail and a technical understanding of purchasing processes.
• Project management experience with ability to keep an overview in complex projects.
• Identify patterns reliably, draw conclusions, and present data clearly.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Explain technical topics clearly and convincingly.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in an international retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the OneEurope conditions in CMT, including automated country inheritance and data sharing implementation in the DOUGLAS Supplier Portal.
• Ensure a smooth bonus process by providing landing tables for Accounting and conducting annual system queries for user management with audit-proof documentation and IT coordination.
• Maintain and further develop the Condition Management Tool (SAP Retail) from creation to settlement of purchasing and marketing conditions.
• Collaborate with countries and Category Management to ensure aligned processes and data handling; ensure only relevant purchasing conditions carry over to the next year.
• Act as the international point of contact for CMT-related questions and ensure consistent standards across country borders.
• Share knowledge through structured onboarding for new colleagues on CMT functionalities and identify opportunities to advance CMT processes and data management.

Within Assortment & Purchasing, you take ownership of the strategic data foundation for purchasing and marketing conditions across multiple countries. As the central interface between Category Management, Accounting, IT and our country organisations, you ensure that the Condition Management Tool (SAP Retail) runs reliably and that data flows consistently across systems.

How do you turn complex condition-management processes into clear, scalable structures while bringing all relevant stakeholders along? A team that owns our data foundation across our countries is looking forward to taking the next steps toward future-ready data management together with you.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You own the OneEurope conditions in CMT, including automated country inheritance, and drive Data Sharing forward — for example by implementing contractually agreed components in the DOUGLAS Supplier Portal.
• You ensure a smooth bonus process by providing landing tables for Accounting and conduct annual system queries for user management, including audit-proof documentation and coordination with IT.
• You are responsible for maintaining and further developing the Condition Management Tool (SAP Retail) — from creation and adjustments through to the settlement of purchasing and marketing conditions.
• You work closely with the countries and with Category Management to ensure aligned processes, consistent data handling, and that only relevant purchasing conditions are carried over into the following year.
• As the international point of contact, you are the first port of call for all CMT-related questions and ensure consistent standards across country borders.
• You share knowledge through structured onboarding for new colleagues on CMT functionalities and identify opportunities to further develop CMT processes and future-ready data management.
