Qualifications:
Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is currently looking for a Client Manager, Manager (Level K) in Frankfurt, Germany, to join our Customer Success organization within the Commercial Aviation group.
As the Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Service Leaders, and other teams to enhance account relationships and maximize customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities include managing and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining service processes, and overseeing subordinate staff through recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
