Job Description

Qualifications:

Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is currently looking for a Client Manager, Manager (Level K) in Frankfurt, Germany, to join our Customer Success organization within the Commercial Aviation group.

As the Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Service Leaders, and other teams to enhance account relationships and maximize customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities include managing and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining service processes, and overseeing subordinate staff through recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Support quoting, onboarding, and subscription management processes for Commercial Airlines in collaboration with Sales Directors and Service Leads.
  2. Coordinate and oversee operations, implementing effective processes across the team.
  3. Manage all purchased services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Resolve customer concerns escalated from Client Management teams.
  5. Enhance team performance by developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  6. Identify training needs and build competencies within the team.
  7. Promote a culture of high performance and morale.
  8. Identify potential issues and develop solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.

This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at the specified location. This may change at the discretion of the hiring team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience, including two or more years in operations management.
  • Ability to build consensus among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with stakeholder collaboration experience.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strategic thinking aligned with company goals.
  • Proficiency in conflict management.
  • Intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Boeing Digital Aviation portfolio and services.
  • Experience in commercial aviation, particularly Flight and/or Tech Ops.
