Join ZEISS as a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in harmonizing and standardizing core business processes across international teams. You're tasked with implementing effective change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to a concise communication strategy that promotes change readiness. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in managing complex change programs and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
Your role
This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs that drives harmonization and standardization of core business processes and structures, defining the way how ZEISS will work for years to come.
As part of the program's EMEA Hub team you take responsibility to:
implement a tailor-made change management and change communications approach for this cross-company, cross-functional and global program within the EMEA Hub region
support in handling critical change implications and needs on the various program levels
identify and serve the change and communication needs for ZEISS internal stakeholders and communication audiences (e.g. global and local leaders and employees worldwide across the ZEISS group, employee representatives etc.)
contribute to a consistent and adaptable change communication strategy incl. target group-oriented messaging and change stories which concretely and understandably communicate the programs objectives, provide orientation, and strengthen 'change readiness'
interact and engage with key stakeholders across all hierarchy levels
support team members involved in the program to live up to their role as role models and change ambassadors
extend and apply the program’s 'change toolbox', based on state-of-art methods and best practices
interact closely and align with other corporate functions, like corporate communication and HR and similar functions on Business Group level
support the Senior Manager C&C in steering and orchestrating any necessary external consulting support within your area of responsibility
Your profile
a Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields of study with a focus on organization theory, organizational development and organizational communications
a comprehensive knowledge of current change management and change theories as well as the standard methods and tools for diagnostics, concept development, intervention design and intervention measurement for transformative changes
several years of demonstrated experience of handling complex change and transformation programs within larger international companies or other organizations
a proven and demonstrable track record in applying, steering, and implementing change initiatives, supported by change-specific tools and methods
analytical and organizational skills paired with drive and a ‘can-do’-attitude as well as personal resilience
very strong German and English language skills, also in writing
