Job Description:

What you'll do

• Your task is the selection and extraction of customer data for the implementation of new and existing customer activities
• You'll analyse target group potential for CRM and sales campaigns based on Salesforce, IBM Unica, SAS and the company-wide data warehouse (DWH)
• Supporting the implementation of new campaign processes and strategies as well as success fairs are part of your daily business
• Together with your colleagues, you form the interface between the Campaign Management team and the commissioning departments and contribute to developing an optimal customer journey for our customer (m/f/d) with your work in the Customer Contact (Squad) team
• In addition to setting up the campaign journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, your tasks also include monitoring and improving them

What you'll bring

• You've a degree in business administration, economics, sociology or similar and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in the service sector or in direct marketing
• Above all, your strengths include working with campaign management or database tools - preferably IBM UNICA or the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ideally, you've already gained some experience in reporting and agile project management
• Your professional experience has enabled you to acquire knowledge of linking content and target groups in digital, automated journeys
• You'd describe yourself as a team player (m/f/d), flexible, communicative and analytical & your way of working as customer-oriented - you also have a "hands on" mentality
• Good English skills round off your profile
