• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and digital tools; exposure to AI-driven process optimization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German business language.

Aufgaben

• Act as an interface between Microchip and automotive customers for process-related topics.
• Support and ensure compliance with international automotive standards and customer-specific requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA standards).
• Manage and guide customers through core automotive processes, including PPAP documentation and submissions, change management procedures, and supply chain escalation handling.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize internal business processes, leveraging digitalization and AI-based solutions where beneficial.
• Communicate complex process requirements clearly to international customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (quality, supply chain, engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Support and contribute to customer-facing initiatives such as marketing campaigns, technical workshops, and process training sessions.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalation management.

Job Summary

This role ensures that both standard and customer‑specific automotive requirements are fully supported while driving continuous improvement of business processes, including the integration of AI where applicable. Key Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between Microchip and automotive customers for process‑related topics.
