Your role

As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to more customers in more markets. As “Manager Business Development (BD)” you play an important role to achieve our ambitious company-wide growth strategy. Reporting directly to Sunday Natural’s Director of Business Development, you lead our most important strategic projects and play a vital role to keep Sunday on track for our ambitious long-term strategy. Your sharp analytical skills, high energy and exceptional organizational skills allow you to solve highly complex strategic and operational challenges. Be the end-to-end lead for key strategic projects, generate critical market insights and drive ongoing Business Development activities.

Lead Strategic Projects (70%)

  • Initiate and own high-priority strategic projects across all functions and departments as part of our long-term strategy
  • Deliver tangible impact by leading projects from “start to finish”, in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities and areas to optimize our Operations
  • Mobilize individuals across the organization to achieve your project objectives, such as coordinating teams across our offices in Berlin and Poland
  • Prepare and run regular updates for senior management and other stakeholders

Co-Drive regular Business Development (30%)
  • Support the execution on our company long-term company strategy by taking the lead on selected strategic and operational activities, such as organization of OKR development or preparation of management offsites
  • Identify and take the lead on opportunities to improve the strategy execution
  • Prepare senior management and company-wide updates on latest company performance and strategic priorities
  • Take the lead on ad-hoc topics - given the nature of a high-growth business

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in a top-management consulting company (preferably MBB), or similar high performance environment
  • Ambitious team player with a “can do attitude”, getting energized by a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record to use your strong analytical skills to master highly complex tasks
  • Understood our brand’s DNA and ideally gained experience in DtC business
  • Ideally worked in the health / nutrition space; a strong interest is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Based in Berlin, with flexibility to work in the office 3-4 days per week
