You’ll lead AI, digital and transformation projects, sit directly with senior clients, and shape engagements from idea to implementation, while developing consulting teams across Europe in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience in strategy, digital, transformation or management consulting.
• Strong exposure to automotive or mobility.
• Experience managing projects and senior client relationships.

I’m partnering with a fast-growing European strategy consultancy that is helping some of the biggest names in automotive rethink how they use AI, data, digital and technology to grow, transform and stay ahead.

This is not a role where you disappear into a huge delivery team.

You’ll be leading high-profile strategy work, sitting directly with senior clients, shaping major transformation programmes and helping turn emerging technology into real commercial impact.

The business is entrepreneurial, ambitious and growing quickly across Europe - so there is real scope to make your mark, build relationships and help shape where the automotive practice goes next.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading AI, digital and transformation projects for major automotive clients
• Helping businesses work out where AI and data can actually create value
• Shaping digital growth, customer experience and transformation strategies
• Running senior client workshops and challenging the way businesses currently operate
• Owning engagements from initial idea through to implementation
• Leading and developing consulting teams
• Getting involved in pitches, new propositions and the continued growth of the automotive practice
• Working closely with senior leadership rather than being buried several layers down

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, digital, transformation or management consulting
• Strong exposure to automotive or mobility
• Experience managing projects and senior client relationships
• A good understanding of AI, digital, data or technology-led transformation
• Someone commercial, curious and comfortable taking ownership
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
