tilia-gmbh is seeking an AI and Digital Transformation Expert to scan markets, identify high-value AI opportunities, test them in practice, and move winning use cases from idea to day-to-day operations.

You will bridge business processes with emerging technology, guiding colleagues to adopt new AI tools and embedding new ways of working across the organization, with a flexible hybrid work setup in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Strong intrinsic interest in AI, data, and digital technologies, with a good understanding of business processes.
• Practical experience (ideally 2-3 years) with digital processes and tools; a college degree is welcome but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation solutions, or data management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured, self-directed approach to work.
• Ability to inspire enthusiasm and embed new ideas sustainably across an organization.

• Track the latest AI developments and assess where they can be applied effectively across internal operations and client-facing work.
• Test new solutions in practice and produce realistic, honest assessments of their benefits and limitations.
• Convince, train, and inspire colleagues to adopt AI tools and embed new ways of working sustainably.
• Lead the implementation of selected use cases end-to-end, from initial idea through to ongoing operations.
