You will lead planning and design of complex industrial plants, working on projects for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries within a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of 4-10 employees professionally and disciplinarily
2. Plan, control, and coordinate technical architectural solutions from planning to commissioning
3. Develop architectural concepts, collaborating with specialists and managing project interfaces
4. Handle tendering, awarding, invoicing, and documentation for construction services
5. Contribute to scheduling, cost planning, and quality control
6. Communicate project issues to stakeholders effectively
7. Collaborate across disciplines to meet customer requirements and support technical clarifications

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, preferably with specialization in clean rooms and interior design
• Experience in planning large-scale projects and construction (HOAI-LPH 1-8), preferably in industrial/building sectors
• Knowledge of building law, planning regulations, and standards like BGB, HOAI, VOB
• Experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences plant project planning is advantageous
• Proficiency in tender processes and evaluation
• Skills in Office, AutoCad, Revit, and ideally BIM modeling
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel for projects
