• Lead complex consulting engagements for asset and wealth management clients from initiation to implementation.
• Advise senior stakeholders on transformation, operating model design, investment operations, data and analytics, and regulatory changes.
• Manage project teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget while mitigating risks.
• Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for expanding engagements.
• Contribute to growth of the German practice through thought leadership and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting engagements for clients across the asset and wealth management sector, overseeing delivery from project initiation through implementation.
• Advise senior stakeholders on business transformation, operating model design, investment operations, digital enablement, regulatory change, data and analytics, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget while proactively managing risks and client expectations.
• Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to extend existing engagements and support new business development.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the German practice through thought leadership, proposition development and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years' consulting experience within financial services, or a combination of consulting and industry experience in investment management.
• Strong understanding of the asset and wealth management landscape, including current market trends, regulatory developments and strategic challenges.
• Experience managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Fluent German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
