Responsibilities

  • Our Management Trainee program has a clear structure with learning and performance goals, focusing on your personal and professional development. On average, our trainees complete the program in 10.5 months.
  • As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from the ground up through on-the-job experience. You will undertake diverse tasks in customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
  • You will be part of one of our 200 teams across Germany. From day one, you will be involved in the daily operations of your branch, allowing you to assume responsibility early and make important decisions that actively advance your career and our business.
  • You will provide exceptional service to our customers. We will teach you effective communication and conflict resolution strategies to interact goal-oriented with customers, suppliers, and your team, influencing outcomes.
  • You will develop new business and maintain existing relationships. You will learn sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to conduct customer-oriented sales discussions, building long-term partnerships.
  • You will be responsible for fleet planning and cost control, analyzing your branch's profit and loss statement.
  • In your development into a successful manager, you will learn how to motivate, develop, and support your team members.
  • Regardless of your university degree, we welcome candidates aspiring to a management career, motivated, proactive, and willing to take responsibility. We will teach you everything else!
  • Career changers with completed training in hospitality, tourism, service, or sales are also welcome.
  • An unrestricted work permit for Germany is required.
  • Fluent German and good English skills are necessary.
  • You must hold a valid German driver’s license and have at least one year of driving experience.
  • You should have no more than 3 points in the Flensburg driving register and no recent records related to alcohol or drug offenses in the past five years.
  • Upon successful completion of the trainee program, you will be automatically promoted to Management Assistant.
  • Most promotions come from within the company, allowing you to climb the career ladder quickly. You can take on a branch management role in less than two years, with other opportunities in HR or risk management later.
