Responsibilities

  • Our Management Trainee program has a clear structure with learning and performance goals focused on your personal and professional development. Trainees typically complete the program in about 10.5 months.
  • As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from the ground up through "on the job" training, involving diverse tasks in customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
  • You will be part of one of our 200 teams across Germany, involved in daily operations from day one, allowing you to take early responsibility and make important decisions that benefit your career and our business.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service, learning effective communication and conflict resolution strategies to interact with customers, suppliers, and your team.
  • You will develop new business and maintain current relationships, learning sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to conduct customer-oriented sales discussions and build long-term partnerships.
  • You will be responsible for fleet planning, cost control, and analyzing your branch’s profit and loss statements.
  • As you develop into a successful manager, you will learn how to motivate, develop, and support your team members.

Qualifications

  • Regardless of your field of study, we welcome candidates aspiring to management careers, motivated, proactive, and responsible. We will teach you the rest!
  • Career changers with completed training in hospitality, tourism, service, or sales are also welcome.
  • An unrestricted work permit in Germany.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • A valid German driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • No more than 3 points in Flensburg’s driving register and no recent alcohol or drug-related offenses in your driver record over the past 5 years.
