An established industry player is seeking ambitious individuals for their Management Trainee program in Procurement and Logistics. Launch your career as a ManagementTrainee in Procurement and Logistics for assignments e.g. at our
Burghausen (Bavaria) or Munichsite starting in October 2025.
Our 18-month management trainee program will introduce you to various departments and opportunities for development and integrate you into our day-to-day business.
Your responsibilities
Manage global strategic procurement projects related to the following topics, among others:
Development of digital tools that generate value
Carbon footprint reduction
Stabilization of global supply chains in times of increasing trade disputes
Manage a variety of logistics projects, such as the following:
Real-time tracking of global supply chains
Self-driving vehicles for internal use on company grounds and at the logistics center
Material flow analyses and warehousing strategies in a digital environment
Your qualifications
Outstanding performance in the completion of a master`s degree(in business administration,engineering management, business informatics or a combination of business administration and chemistry)
International experience (study abroad, etc.) and a passion for networking
A passion forinterdisciplinary teamwork
A talent for communications, above-average analytical skills and an outstanding ability to apply your expertise to the search for sustainable solutions
Excellent German and Englisch skills (level C1)
Willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
