Launch your career as a Management Trainee in Chemistry with assignments at our
Burghausen, Munich (Bavaria), or/and Nünchritz (Saxony) site starting in October 2025.

Our 18-month management trainee program will introduce you to various departments and development opportunities and integrate you into our day-to-day business.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Quickly acquire a broad range of expertise in the areas of silicone specialty products, polymer binders, and additives in our core markets.
  2. Develop market knowledge and know-how about customers, technologies, products, and competition.
  3. Identify new technical requirements and trends in our core markets, especially with an eye to sustainability.
  4. Develop new approaches and solutions for work sequences and organizational processes.
  5. Contribute to new ideas for products and processes geared toward a sustainable product portfolio and diverse customer needs.
  6. Advance projects in silicone, polymer, and organic chemistry (research, technology management, application technology, production).
Your Qualifications
  1. Outstanding performance in completing a Ph.D. in chemistry.
  2. International experience (study abroad, etc.) and enjoyment of networking.
  3. A project mindset and a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to apply your expertise to find sustainable solutions.
  5. Excellent German and English skills (level C1).
  6. Willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments.
