Hager Group is seeking a Management Reporting & Analysis (MRA) Specialist (m/f/d) for a 15-month contract, based in Blieskastel or Obernai. You will contribute to Controlling by delivering robust reporting, driving digitalization and analytics, and supporting productivity in reporting processes.

Bring a Bachelor or Master's in Economics, strong Excel/BI skills, and fluency in English. German or French is a plus; onboarding and internal learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or a similar qualification.
• Analytical skills and IT affinity; ability to use Excel and BI/BW tools daily and develop reports in SAC & Power BI.
• Customer oriented; able to work in transversal mode.
• First work experience to connect financial effects to business evolution.
• Independent work style with good time management.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.

• Prepare and update group standard reports and KPIs using automation and digitalization.
• Distribute reports and KPIs on schedule and in due time.
• Master data sources and report processes; ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Provide controllers with insights on trends and key points.
• Serve as central technical owner of MRA reports and KPIs; train users and support digital tools.
• Contribute to centralizing reporting activities for the IC S-MRA team.

We are currently looking for our future Management Reporting & Analysis (MRA) Specialist (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a fix-term contract (15 months).

As MRA Specialist (m/f/d) you contribute to Controlling department ambition to bring added value to business in delivering strong Controlling support and services, in increasing productivity and efficiency on reporting processes run, by developing digitalization and analytics.

What will you do?

• You carry out Group standard reports and KPI's calculations periodic update by best usage of technical support (automation/ digitalization) in collaboration with the other team members
• According to the Group's defined time schedule you prepare & distribute reports or KPIs and deliver them in due time
• You master properly related data sources and reports' process run
• For reports & KPIs preparation under responsibility, you proceed to a first level of analysis on results outcome ensuring data completeness, correctness & consistency
• You provide Controllers with an accurate information on main trends evolution or on specific points identified
• For the MRA reports defined under your expertise, you are the central technical owner of the reports & KPIs by training users, answering their questions and supporting them on digital tools, for example in creating new reports, dashboards & in data visualization
• You contribute in the centralization of reporting activities from operational Controlling to IC S-MRA team

• You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or a similar qualification
• Your analytical skills and your IT affinity enables you to use Excel and BI/BW tools in your daily business and to develop reports in SAP Analytics Cloud & Power BI
• You are customer oriented and you are able to work in a transversal mode
• With the background of your first work experience, you are able to see the bigger picture connecting financial effects to business evolution
• You work independently with general supervision and good time management
• Fluent English language skills, additional languages (German or French) are benefitial.
