Leadership and Management Coach - Women in Leadership

Remote Based / Salary: £35k - £38k

OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-focused training provider delivering training within global companies and household names.

Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to add new Leadership and Management coaches to their apprenticeship delivery team. Specifically, they seek tutors, coaches, and assessors to deliver their pioneering 'Women in Leadership' programmes, which empower women leaders with confidence, skills, and tools to thrive in leadership roles.

This is a remote, home-based role with occasional travel, which is expected to be rare.

As an apprenticeship coach, you will be a subject matter expert in Leadership and Management, managing a caseload of learners on various apprenticeships including L5 Management (ODM), L3 Team Leading, L3 Women in Management, and L5 Women in Leadership.

You will deliver workshops, coaching workplace skills, and supporting apprentices in building a robust portfolio of evidence. You will oversee the entire learning journey and ensure a positive learning experience.

Some L5 Management workshops are delivered by specialist trainers in 'Master-Classes'; however, applicants must be able to deliver management sessions at this level.
