Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support our SCM & Logistics leadership team. In this role, you will provide high-level executive assistance, contribute to supply chain and logistics initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional projects. This position requires a combination of administrative excellence, supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work confidently with sensitive information in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and agreements
  • Manage meeting schedules and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding promptly to inquiries

Supply Chain Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Provide input on legal and compliance topics relevant to global SCM & Logistics
  • Prepare market reports on material prices, surcharges, energy costs, logistics, political impacts, and tariffs for management decision-making

Project Support

  • Conduct research, perform data analysis, and assist with SCM & Logistics projects
  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Track progress and ensure timely task completion

Communication and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned activities
  • Maintain the SCM & Logistics SharePoint and manage document filing
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

Confidentiality and Discretion

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ensure secure handling of all communications and documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or management assistant, preferably within SCM & Logistics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work self-driven in an international team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is an advantage
