Managed Operations Lead (m / f / d) - Germany - Water Light Industries - Transportation, based in Germany.

What will you do:

After intensive training on products, sectors, and our approach to Light production and successful execution within your scope, you will lead our operational team within the transportation district.

  • Responsible for overseeing small, medium, and large on-site customer contract operations daily.
  • Provide leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning, and directing) to O&M technicians, ensuring all contract terms, conditions, requirements, and standards are satisfactorily managed.
  • Coordinate O&M operations across multiple sites, contracts, and complex processes.
  • Ensure effective management of O&M projects, complying with contractual, operational, maintenance, and profitability requirements across multiple sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site managers, sales teams, management, and customers.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to plan, develop, and implement operational strategies that meet contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions.
  • Support the sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals.

Minimum qualifications

  • Knowledge of the industrial sector, experience in administrative and budgetary roles, and computer literacy.
  • Degree or training in a technical field/engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in an industrial environment, such as shift leader, production leader, or similar.
  • Eager to grow through challenging experiences.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English.
