Managed Operations Lead (m/f/d) - Germany - Water Light Industries - Transportation, based in Germany

What will you do:

After intensive training on products, sectors, and our approach on Light production and successful execution in your scope, you will lead our operational team within the transportation district.

  • Responsible for the oversight of small, medium, and large on-site customer contract operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning, and directing) to the O&M technicians, ensuring all contract terms, conditions, requirements, and standards are satisfactorily managed.
  • Direct and coordinate the O&M operations for multiple sites, multi-contracts, and complex processes.
  • Ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance, and profitability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with site managers, sales force, management, and customers.
  • Coordinate with sales managers in planning, developing, and implementing operational strategies that meet contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
  • Maintain strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions.
  • Support the sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewal.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the industrial sector, experience in administrative and budgetary roles, and computer literacy.
  • Degree or training in a technical field, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience within an industrial environment, such as shift leader, production leader, or similar.
  • Eagerness to grow through challenging experiences.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English.
